- 500g Tamarind

- 3 cup Water

- 1 cup Sugar

- 1 tsp Red Chili

Cooking Method

1- In a bowl, add water, tamarind and keep it in water for a night then remove its seeds.

2- Now, in a pan, add tamarind, water, sugar and cook it until it thickened
