Ingredients:
2 & 1/4 cup Gram flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric
Water as required
Oil as required
Bhalla Recipe:
1 & 1/2 cup White Lentils (soaked overnight)
1 cup Split Yellow Lentils
2-3 tbsp Water
1 pinch Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
Oil as required

Directions:
Mix gram flour, salt, turmeric and add water gradually.
Rest it for 15-20 minutes.
Then mix it again.
Heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture on strainer with slightly bigger holes.
Fry until golden brown and store in an air-tight jar for 2 weeks.
Bhalla Directions:
In a blender add white lentils, split yellow lentils and water.
Blend it well. Now add this mixture in a bowl.
Add salt, baking soda and mix the mixture in one direction.
Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add mixture with a spoon to make round ball.
Fry until golden brown.
Store in an air tight jar for 2 weeks at room temperature.

گرام فلار 2اور آدھا کپ
نمک 1چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی 1چائے کا چمچ
پانی حسبِ ضرروت
کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت
ماش کی دال 1اور آدھا کپ
مونگ کی دال 1کپ
پانی 2-3کھانے کے چمچ
بیکنگ سوڈا 1چٹکی
نمک 1چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت
