 Ingredients

1/2 kg Chicken boneless

Half pack Spaghetti

1/2 cup Bread crumbs

1/4 cup Capsicum (chopped)

1/4 cup Carrot (chopped)

1/4 cup Green Onion (chopped)

2 tbsp Mint (chopped)

1 tsp Ginger (chopped)

1 tsp Garlic (chopped)

2 tbsp Soya sauce

Salt to taste

1 tsp Garam masala

1 & 1/2 tbsp Chili flakes

1 tsp Black pepper

1 tbsp Green chilies (chopped)

2-3 Eggs (beaten)

Bread crumbs (for coating)

In a slightly salted water, boil spaghetti and keep aside.

Boil chicken until it’s fully cooked.

Now shred the boiled chicken.

In a bowl mix noodles, chicken, capsicum, carrot, green onion, green chilies, mint, ginger and garlic. Then add soya sauce, salt, garam masala, chili flakes, black pepper, bread crumbs and mix all the ingredients well.

Make cutlet like shapes, dip it in egg, then coat in bread crumbs.

Now shallow fry kababs.

پھر اپنی مرضی کی شکل کے کباب بنا کر انڈے میں ڈِپ کریں اور بریڈ کرمز میں کوٹ کر لیں۔

6 .

اب کبابوں کو فرائی کر لیں۔

7 .

مزیدار چکن نوڈلز کباب تیار ہیں۔
