In a pot add oil, ginger garlic paste and sauté it for a minute. Then add tomato puree, whole spices, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, bay leaf and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add tomato paste, mix well and add other half chicken. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes more. Now add yogurt, cumin, coriander, garam masala and give it a good mix. Cook it for about 7 to 8 minutes or until oil separates. Your gravy is ready. Lastly add veggies, mix it well and take it off.
