Dough:
1/2 cup Water
1 & 3/4 cup Flour
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 &1/2 Tbsp Sugar
Filling:
6 K&N’s Shami Kabab
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Green Chilies
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp White Pepper
2 tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk
1 Egg (for brushing)
1/4 cup Bell Pepper

Directions:
Unipuff:
In a bowl add water, ice and ghee. Stir it and leave for 5-6 hours. Then squeeze out the water well. It can be stored in fridge for 6 months.
Puff Pastry:
1- Take flour make a well add oil, sugar and salt. Mix them well until the sugar gets dissolved completely.
2- Knead the dough by adding water gradually. (Don’t knead it to much as less gluten is required in this dough).
3- Take a soften unipuff, take a cling wrap place the unipuff and make a block of it, ½ inch thick wrap the cling wrap and keep it at the room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
4- On a dusted surface roll out the dough place the unipuff block in the center of the dough, fold the dough and bash it with the rolling pin and roll out the dough properly. Then fold it with the book fold method, wrap it with a cling wrap and keep it at room temperature for 20-25 minutes.
5- Again, repeat that folding method 3-4 times.
6- Puff pastry is ready.
8- Can be store in the freezer for up to 12 months.
Filling Preparation:
1- Prepare the K&N’s Shami Kabab as per Instructions on the pack.
2- Melt butter, add onion & cook for 2 minutes. Now add ginger/garlic and green chilies and sauté for a minute, add salt, black & white pepper and mix well. Add flour and cook for a minute, then add milk gradually and stir continuously, cook for 2-3 minutes, add bell pepper and mix well.
3- Cut the patties, apply egg wash and spread some filling.
4- Add 1 K&N’s Shami Kabab & top it with more filling then cover with the dough slice and apply egg wash.
5- Add one more layer of dough and apply egg wash.
6- Bake it for 30-35 minutes at 180’C.
