Spaghetti Cake: Fantastic and delicious variation of Spaghetti Cake. Its SooperChef's unique creation and one of the most tasty recipe. Presenting Spaghetti Cake Recipe.

Ingredients for spaghetti cake:
400g K&N’s Kafta Kabab
1/4 cup Green capsicum (chopped)
1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
2 Garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 pack Spaghetti pasta
2 Eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 & 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 cup Pasta sauce
Coriander leaves for garnish.
Ingredients for Italian seasoning:
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1 & 1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 & 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Rosemary

Direction of Italian seasoning:
Mix all the herbs together in a bowl until combined and store in a sealed container.
Prepare K&N’s Kafta Kabab as per the instructions on the pack.
In a pan heat oil sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Then add pasta sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and cook for 10 minutes.
In a pot boil water, cook spaghetti as per pack instructions. Once cooked, drain, rinse with cold water and pat dry.
In a separate bowl add cooked spaghetti, beaten eggs, parmesan cheese and mix it well.
Press the spaghetti mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
Top it with 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, place cooked K&N’s Kafta Kabab on it, cover it with pasta sauce.
Top it with remaining mozzarella cheese, sprinkle green capsicum on top.
Bake it in pre heated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree.
Remove from oven, let it cool a bit, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
