Ingredients:
1/2 kg Mong Daal (washed & soaked)
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
3-4 Green chilies
1 Onion
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1tsp Chaat masala
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Cumin seeds (crushed)
1/2 tsp Black pepper (crushed)
1 tbsp Oil
Samosa patti as required

Directions of samosa filling:
In a pan heat oil, add onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add green chilies and cook for a minute.
Add chili flakes, chaat masala, salt, garam masala, cumin, black pepper, and mix it well.
Add daal, mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add coriander leaves and mix it well.
Let it cool.
Direction of samosa assembling:
Mix all-purpose flour with water and make a thick paste.
Take a samosa Patti(sheet) and fold it by using flour paste to the corner.
Now fill it with samosa filling and close the edges.
Now fry in the hot cooking oil.
Your samosa is ready to serve.
You can store them in a zip lock bag & freeze up to two months.

مونگ دال آدھا کلو
دھنیے کے پتے آدھا کپ
ہری مرچیں 3-4عدد
پیاز 1عدد
کٹی لال مرچ 1چائے کا چمچ
چاٹ مصالحہ 1چائے کا چمچ
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
گرم مصالحہ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کٹا ہوا ذیرہ 1چائے کا چمچ
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کھانے کا تیل 1کھانے کا چمچ
سموسہ پٹی حسبِ ضرورت
