Ingredients for milk:
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Saffron
Ingredients for khoya mixture:
300g Khoya
1/4 cup Powder sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Ingredients for Almond mixture:
350g Almonds
1/2 cup Ghee
1 cup Milk
1 cup Powder sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Water as required

Directions:
In a bowl add lukewarm milk then add saffron and mix it well. Keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes. And your saffron milk is ready.
Directions for khoya mixture:
In a pan add khoya and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium low flame.
Then add saffron milk, cardamom powder and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes, until well combined or you reach your desired consistency.
Directions for almonds mixture:
Then blanch almond for 8 to 10 minutes. Make fine paste of blanched almonds and set aside.
In a pan add almond paste, ghee and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then add milk, powder sugar, cardamom and cook it until it gets thicken.
Assembling:
Take khoya mixture and flatten it. Cut it in square. then further cut it in three rectangular shapes.
Take almond filling and make 3 cylinder shapes of it.
Place each roll on one khoya rectangle and roll it up.
Cut them further in cylinder shape, wrap chandi wark on them and serve.

بادام مکسچر بنانے کے اجزاء:
بادام 350گرام
گھی آدھا کپ
دودھ 1کپ
پاؤڈر شوگر 1کپ
الائچی پاؤڈر 1چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
پانی حسبِ ضرورت
