Wonderful Open Faced Sandwich Recipe. Works great in the breakfast. Give it a try.

½ Cup onion (chopped)
1-2 Tbsp oil
250gm mushrooms
150g K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks
1/2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk
salt as needed
½ Tsp pepper
2 tsp fresh parsley
2 Tbsp grated Cheddar Cheese
¼ Cup Mozzarella cheese
4 slices of rustic bread
½ cup butter

Cooking Method:
1- Saute onion in oil and butter. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
2- Add flour and stir. Slowly add milk, stirring all the time. Cook until sauce thickens. Now add K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks.
3- Season with salt, pepper, parsley. Mix in grated Cheddar Cheese.
4- Spread one side of bread with butter. Put bread slices on a baking tray, buttered side down.
5- Spoon chicken & mushroom mixture on each slice. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 180 C until cheese is melted and mixture is hot, about 15 minutes.
